As the Chief of Equal Employment Opportunity, for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Shannon developed a model EEO program that enhanced workplace equity and compliance, further demonstrating her commitment to fostering inclusive work environments. Additionally, in her role as Deputy Assistant Director of IT Services, she managed operations for a large team, implementing transformative technology solutions that aligned with mission needs.
